Generate an email template that includes dynamic placeholders such as {{Company}} and {{First Name}}, allowing personalized communication. Once created, store the template in a designated email folder for easy access and organization.
Ensure that your Excel sheet contains column names that match the variables in your email template precisely. For example, if your template includes {{Company}}, the corresponding column in your Excel sheet must be named Company, maintaining the exact letter casing. Accuracy in naming will ensure seamless data integration.
Select your mail folder from the dropdown menu and then choose an existing template. If no template is available, create a new one by clicking “create a new template” Once everything is set, click the “Start” button to proceed.
To modify your template, click the “Edit draft” button. Next, select “Choose File” and upload your Excel sheet. Use the “preview” option to review your email, or click “send me a preview” to receive a test email. Once everything is ready, click “Continue” to proceed.
Click the “Send mails” button and allow the mail merge process to complete.
Observe your emails as they are being sent. If you need to stop the mail merge process, simply click the “Stop mail merge” button to cancel the operation.
